First Login

This guide walks you through your first login to the Mantis Lens interface.

Accessing Lens

Section titled “Accessing Lens”

Navigate to your Mantis installation URL in a web browser. The default development URL is:

https://localhost:5173

Login Methods

Mantis supports two authentication methods:

Username/Password

Section titled “Username/Password”
  1. Enter your email address
  2. Enter your password
  3. Click Sign In

Single Sign-On (SSO)

Section titled “Single Sign-On (SSO)”

If your organization has configured one or more identity providers, each will appear as a Sign in with <Provider Name> button below the username/password form (for example, Sign in with Okta). Click the button for your provider and complete authentication — you will be redirected back to Lens automatically.

First-Time Setup

Section titled “First-Time Setup”

After your first login, you may need to:

  1. Set up two-factor authentication (recommended; TOTP is supported)
  2. Review your permissions with your administrator
